I participated in a summer internship with Mezzo Resturant in Rome, Italy. There I worked in a group for ten weeks to help Mezzo decide on opening a second location in Atlanta, Georgia. Our group really bonded and worked as a team to put each individuals' skill set to proper use. I could not have completed this project without the help of Sara Colino, Nick Pope, Andrew Walsh, and Shannon Ryan. During that time, we completed a market analysis for the new location, provided a marketing plan and presented to our clients. Our presentation lasted over two hours due to the language barriers between our clients and us, however, they still loved our ideas and proceeded to follow our recommendations. I loved having the opportunity to learn about data-driven marketing and recommend evidence-based suggestions to the company.
